CBR or Riverside?
Looking at staying onsite next year beginning of August. We stayed at CBR last year but looking for recommendations on riverside. It's £135 more for the 5 nights. Is it worth it?

new OPR will be open by then at CBR - would be an interesting comparison...
Look up Loves2Plans reviews of PO tho - very good. TBF I don't think Disney do a bad resort... (tentacular dining experience excluded... )

I think you chose wisely there. We drove past CBR last week and there was so much construction work going on.
We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside for 2 weeks and loved it. We really liked the boat journeys to and from Disney Springs, the pools are all nice and just walking around the resort was nice. The food court can seem busy at times although the staff cope well with demand and we didn't ever have to wait long. Have a great time |

Yeah we drove past cbr last month and loads of heavy machinery about but meant to all be done by next year but we'll see. For the extra money it seems worth it for peace of mind

For me it would be riverside all day long. I didn't like carribean beach too much but loved riverside.
