Lake Buena Vista Resort Village Review and Parking

We are looking at booking lake buena vista resort village for next year. Is this a good base for visiting different parks and places? I have heard that there are a limited number of car parking spaces, is this true?

We stopped there in 2015 and 2016
It's a great place to stay and you will love it there
There is plenty of parking and easy to get to all the parks

If you fancy a day off from driving then the shuttle service is quite good
We often got them too parks and then Uber back for less than a days parking cost
If you do stay there email Trish White and ask for block 5

I have been looking into taxi and shuttle services more and more to be honest , i just want to try and go to kennedy space center as i never went the the first and only time weve been to florida and regret not going so would be using a car for that and a few other of park activities . So do you think its a good position for visiting different sites rather than just disney parks ?

They run shuttle service to Disney(Epcot then use Disney Transport)
Universal and Seaworld
Frankie Farrell's pub on site does good food but no other restaurants within walking distance but not far to drive or get an Uber
We loved the location

We found weekends were a little bit more busier for parking and often ended up on the road but still on the site. Great location and great apartments . Trish is lovely and always around the complex.

Yes you can still email trish. Block 5 used to be the better block as it was refurbed first but I thought they had all been done now. We were in block 3 and had a view of seaworld .

Block 5 had a further refurbished last year whilst we were there
New mattresses and furniture
We had booked with Thomsons in 2015 but thanks to the Dibb I emailed Trish and she sorted a firework view in block 5 for us
Last year we booked direct with Trish
