Thanks for sharing. Our rental villa is without power in Kissimmee and the owner said we cant go if the power is off as she isn't allowed to let it powerless. We aren't going till 23rd so hopefully the power is put back on soon otherwise we'll be homeless lol.

We are still without power in South Clermont. We managed to get a generator today so are powering the fridge and a portable a/c. We have no wifi and the cellular coverage is intermittent. Feeling so thankful though that we had no structural damage, just trees, fence panels and pool screens. Oh and the pool heater looks like someone tried to blow it up. All the outer casing blew away

Latest from Duke Energy We hope to have all customers in Polk County back on line by midnight 17 September Due to the high volume of outages the outage map is not updating properly

We now have power in Greater Groves, South Clermont. It seems like we are getting there in Central Florida. So grateful for all the men and women who have worked tirelessly, around the clock, to restore utilities for us.
