Champions Gate Area

Hi we are due to stay at Solterra in 3 weeks time,any one out there around that area at the minute that can give an update concerning any damage

From the information I've seen on here the championsgate area has not suffered too badly. No one on here would know for sure if the specific villa you have rented is okay, so perhaps you could contact the villa owner in a few days and ask them if that puts your mind at rest.

We are currently staying at West Haven and have been for a walk this morning. Some large branches have been ripped off trees but other than pool screens and the odd roof tile damage looks to have amazingly light

Here at our villa at the moment and other than our trees and plants stripped of leaves all is well. Neighbours have pool screens missing but that's about it. I would contact the owners and ask them what, if any, damage has occurred. That would put your mind at rest.

Hi, we have a villa in Solterra and the community has been very lucky in the hurricane. The community didn't lose power so its one of the few in Polk County with power. Our villa had a few bits of minor damage - missing roof soffits and a lose downpipe, others had torn pool screens but essentially everything is okay. Enjoy your holiday!

Hi my bil villa is at the retreat champions gate he has said his is fine few branches down and torn screen but everything ok we go 29th sept to it frm Sally ann 😃 👍

We are staying in our Villa in Solterra at the moment. We have been very lucky and sustained no damage to our home. There are a few bent trees around the Resort but little sign of any major damage

Just got back and stayed on Suffolk Place but our pool backed onto the scrublands/fields. Have a fantastic birthday!
