However, what you can't see on the bottom shelf is a bottle of Cotswolds salted caramel cream liquer that we picked up on the Cotswold gin tour. Now that is heaven in a glass

I love Monkey 47 and we also have that rhubarb one. Amazing with soda and almond syrup 😋

Other than that I tend to have Silent Pool

That rhubarb one is raspberry, but I like the sound of the almond syrup

I love Gin Mare with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic. McQueen gin from callander Scotland is also a goodie!

Opihr, Rock Rose (my fave), Pinkster and Hendricks. Preferably with Fentiman's / 1724 tonic or, at a push, fever tree.

The Opihr gets garnished with slices of chili peppers and root ginger, the Rock Rose with a bashed up sprig of rosemary, the pinkster with pomegranate seeds and Hendricks with the traditional cucumber. All must have crushed ice.

Over the last year we have finished bottles of Ophir, Rhubarb and Bloom. Currently working our way through Bombay and there is a bottle of Salcombe from our holiday in the cupboard which we want to try but are waiting as it was soo expensive!
