Southern Dunes
The owner didn't elaborate but I am guessing structural damage led to water ingress as villa was a wee bit exposed as I wouldn't expect Southern Dunes to be that susceptible to flooding. Its clearly a very upsetting time for them and I certainly wasn't going to extend their agony by asking for details

I am a dinosaur though I thought Air bnb was something that you shared the owners accommodation with them? A kind of rent a room thing? Is this for entire property? Thanks george
