Fantastic photos! No wonder you are proud of them, I only ever get one in about 3000 which is good and that's just a fluke . The scenery is spectacular and the chipmonks are so cute

The chipmunks were so sweet - our girls named them from the characters of Alvin and the Chipmunks!

What a fab photos and I am reading your trip report because Alaska is on my list and I met American couple while we were on the cruise at Freedom of the seas and they told me that must go to Alaska.. We didn't think that we like that. However, lot of people tell me how beautiful etc.

So I enjoyed read your trip report...

Another fabulous day, such glorious photos, funny to see Lake Louise and Banff like that as they were covered in snow and ice when we visited

The Fox Inn and Suites is where some of our party stayed for my sister's wedding (we were at the Fairmont Banff Springs) it seemed a lovely hotel.

I wasn't sure how our daughters aged 10 and 13 would enjoy it, but they were amazed at the scenery in both Canada and Alaska.

The Fox Inn was lovely, with lots of character.

Bet it was a huge contrast with the snow and ice. Would love to see it like that too.

We stayed down the road at the Banff Caribou Lodge in 2008. We did however wander down to the Fox to have a meal in Chilis one night.
When we had a day trip to Lake Louise we had hot chocolate in the Fairmont, then had a look around. Such a stunning hotel but way out of our price range...
