The hotter the better. Went Aug 2013 finally felt warm. Still worn a light cardigan most mornings and definitely at night after restaurants. Husband swears I would be happy living on the sun.

Trying late April to mid May hoping for heat without rAin storms.

If you take a look at temperature records I think most people will be surprised to find May holds the record and is less humid has more hours of daylight and is cheaper. No wonder I've been going in May the last 12 years.

We used to go Oct / Nov and enjoyed the weather then so when we went last August I was a bit concerned about the heat but loved it, mind you we only did three days of parks and one of those was a water park, so quite a relaxing holiday, going again this August and not doing any parks this time, bring on that sunshine

The best part of holidays to Florida when we first went was walking down the steps of the plane to be hit by a wall of heat that made it difficult to breathe. It's not the same now with air ridges and I think we have adapted because it doesn't feel as hot but I still love my bones bring warmed.

Been in May, Sept, Oct & Nov. Sept was roasting but loved it. Never had rain in all my years of going! Going this year in Aug so hoping for Hot Hot weather but understand we may get thunderstorms which dont last long. We also love it when exiting the airport and the heat just hits you but i also love it when you open the car door with the ping ping noise get in then get the aircon on ..heaven . Oooo getting too excited again, thought i would be Disneyed out after 10 holidays there but no chance

Favourite times for me are either late April/early May, as others have said hot, mostly clear blue skies with little humidity and another favourite is October, again less humidity although we have been hit with storms/ hurricane weather at times in October over the years but the clear blue skies with fresher air is lovely.
These would be my favourite times to visit but often it's family/work commitments that really dictate when we go to Florida.
Any time for us is good... after all it's Florida
