There is a form on their website ...we did this with our NCL points aswell if you cant find it i think i may still have the ladys name at MSC

DH and I cruised on MSC Divina round the Caribbean last Easter. We absolutely loved it. The ship is beautiful, food was good, lovely staff and a great itinerary.

I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the info, I found the form on the MSC website but how did you prove your DCL gold status ? We are DCL gold but we don't have any membership card from DCL. I think I can find a castawaycay number , will that do ?

Is there any other cruise line that also has this status match ? TIA

We had our US TA do it for us and all we had to do was log into DCL account on the website and screen shot the list of cruises or log into castaway club and screen shot the list in there

I just emailed the form over with our latitude numbers on and they checked ..Emailed over our MSC number and we apparently pick our card up when we get to Miami ...Dont know why we need a card ? ..but we got our 10% off the cruise straight away
