Lego Disney castle tips?

For dusting, I use a make up brush, like a blusher brush or kabuki brush (not the same one I use for make up obviously )

The building is the best part.

Would "invisible" sewing thread work? I think it is see-through plastic thread? Not expensive at a haberdashery.
