Very true,
Orlando still requires tourists to spend cash here. I have noticed a huge difference this time in the amount of folk out here, probably due to cancelled holidays etc.
They also do great ice cream 😜

The ice cream is definitely amazing! 😁

I completely agree with there being a huge difference in the amount of folk here this time.

It's been quiet in most places.

We were talking to the lovely waitress at Ponderosa yesterday, she's been here since our first visit to Orlando and she told us that she's had to move out of her home as a result of Irma causing serious damage. With fewer people visiting it means less tips coming in for staff so recovery takes longer.

Orlando looks perfectly fine. A few trees down but unless you're actually looking for them you wouldn't notice. The people also seem happy as ever which is always amazing as their positivity and enthusiasm is contagious! 😁

No reason for people not to come here. Irma as powerful as she was and coming straight through is a rarity so it shouldn't deter people 😁

I noticed today things are starting to get back to normal, shops are re-stocked etc. So that's a good sign. 👍
