Is my iPhone unlocked?

Sorry if this is a silly question but I need to know if my iPhone is unlocked.

I got the phone, a 6 plus about three years ago on contract with o2, when the contract finished i got a sim only deal with 3. I now want to sell the phone on eBay as I've got a new one but need to know if it's unlocked.

Can anyone help?

if the three sim works then yes its unlocked, price up on the various sites before you put it on eBay, saves any fees
