I Pad HELP !

Just picked it up and it’s lifeless ! My screensaver photo is there but all the short cuts and app thingies in the screen have disappeared. Even worse is that I can’t switch it off (so I could then switch it back on - the traditional cure-all for naughty computers).

Is it a hopeless case ?

Have you tried holding down the circle button and the power button at the same time to restart it?

press the on/off & home button at the same time for about 5 secs

it should do a hard reset

didnt even know "guest service" existed !
