Yes, normally they offer 3 extra fastpasses per person. Sometimes they offer gift cards too - we've had anything from $100-$150

In July we got 3 fastpasses each plus a $150 gift card.
Also gave us bottles of water and cans of Coke Zero to take away with us.

How long does the tour take and where do they take place/how do you book? Not sure we should risk going on one!

It always used to be at SSR and they would pick you up from your resort. Fast passes and ice cream was what you got a few years ago.

I booked my tour while walking round The Boardwalk one evening. (Staying at Yacht Club) Our discussion took place at The Boardwalk and then we were taken to SSR to view room configurations.

We were almost 3 hours but I had LOTS of questions and did sign on the line! They were not pushy at all and we could have walked away whenever we wanted. I had done lots of research before my tour and spent a lot of time making sure my questions were answered.

Can you do them more than once (cheeky I know) in separate trips? I did one last year and it was no hardship to look round the rooms and get $100 for the time.

Just a warning. It may seem non pushy, which it is, but sophisticated psychological techniques are at play. This is why they have been happy to lay out gift cards, freebies etc to get you there- it significantly increases the chance of a direct sale.
Also, many reports of the 'Guides' (aka commissioned timeshare salespeople) not always being honest in replies, particularly when the customer starts asking about resale. They can start recounting 'rumours' rather than facts according to some reports.
I'm not sure if OP is going just out of interest / for Fastpass etc or has a serious interest in buying DVC, but I'd suggest if the latter, significant research is done first before setting foot in a DVC sales centre. I bought DVC without ever setting foot in one (still never have) or ever meeting a guide. Everything you need to know is present online in very detailed independent information, and if you need to see any room tour you can look on YouTube.
Full research should include the significant savings that can be had from resale.
I own direct and resale, the direct was bought in a call to DVD, the only time I've ever spoken to them. They were good to deal with, but I wasn't been sold to, I just asked them to supply what I knew I wanted.
