Changing booking dates German offer, which number?
Hi all, recently booked through the German website for 3 nights at NPB lakeside room, we’ve now decided to change to 4 nights and drop down to standard room so it’s only £100 more according to the website.
Which number should I call for the easiest assistance and in English? Central reservations?

I'd assume the central number, and then explain what you want to do. They'll send you to the right place.
However, if your previous booking had free half board, for example, and the new offer you want to change to, to get that extra night for £100 doesn't, you'll lose that. X Edit: It looks as though they've changed it so that the offer now includes the counter service breakfast on the free food offer, rather than the hotel breakfast that was included on the previous offer. x Edited at 07:03 PM. |

Thanks, I rang the central line and the CM that answered was able to change it there and then.
[edit] we arrive on 14th November, part of the “super early” booking offer for arrivals from 6th November so we have the hotel breakfast included still Edited at 08:15 PM. |
