Wow I need a Fiestaaaaah (sp) in my life. Especially in a dreary dry January. Thanks for sharing again.

A Fiestaaaah would be just the thing right now, especially at 11:17 on a Monday morning in January...

Wow, what an epic first day.
Loved your description of Gran Fiesta as the Mexican expansion pack for IASW! Panchito is firing guns because he is Mexican and Disney loves a bit of cultural stereotyping... have you ever seen the film?! Seriously trippy. As for the bus comment, I am from Wales. By the time you get off a bus in Wales you know all about the ailments and family members of at least two people! Love Mouse Gear so much, it's never let us down. Edited at 05:55 PM. |

First days are always our favourites and this one was no exception. We’ve never done a first day at Epcot before but it was a great way to ease ourselves in.
I’ve never seen the movie! But I think I probably should. One for the list. Haha! I do sometimes wish people were chattier when I’m out and about but then again I never know what to say to strangers! The doctors waiting room can be an ordeal... |

Great first day. I couldn't believe you never went back to the hotel for some time out but I suppose it's the excitement of being back keeps you going. Shopping challenge already completed in day 1 too... I got my Canada shopping reveal earlier than I expected! Loving the new pjs. I could do with a fiestaaaa, I also think I need to come up with a Starbucks name for our next trip🤔 How canny is Andy's birthday surprise, I bet he was delighted!

We never seem to go back to the hotel, at least not in the first few days anyway. Definite excitement and adrenalin - the first day is always my favourite day out of the whole trip so I fear it is all downhill from here!
Yes, I was so excited that our first day was Epcot and I could get back to the Canada shop so early on in the trip - a right result! |

I think we were lucky in that it was quite quiet and the weather was cooler - plus the excitement of being there just carried us on through. I'd give anything to be in Epcot today, but...alas...
