Norwegian flight time change costing me money!

Worst customer service I have experienced was BA, Norwegian are doing really well compared to them.

Tonight we have finally 'sorted' our new itinerary, originally were going for 11 nights but with the new times I felt my final day was take from us so opted to fly out 3 days earlier (at no extra cost), there was no availability at CBR for our extra nights so after a few phone calls and website browsing I came across the last 13 nights of our stay at POR. It was more per night but with the delay on opening OPR at CBR I felt it was a better option so went for it thinking we 'may' get the first night if I keep phoning to check.

With the thought it may not become available (and will cost £190 if it does) I had to come up with a back up plan which originally involved a cheap airport hotel (£72) & free shuttle but became a bit more extravagant with wanting a 2 bed villa/apartment & hire car! I'm absolutely cross eyed from the last couple of days research but have finally booked a 2 bed apartment at Grande Villas Resort for £88 and 1 day avis car hire using avios points from last years fly/drive .

Hubby is happy having a hire car as was dubious about DME on arrival and having a little extra space our first night may even sway us into non Disney resort options for our next stay but that isn't until 2021 apparently .
