Alamo one way drop charge

Hi Guys, I have a Alamo brits reservation, pick up San Francisco airport, drop off Miami airport. Pre paid in full, on the online check in page it says theres still $618 to pay. Contacted Alamo UK, Alamo USA customer service's and Alamo San francisco on the phone and email to no avail. My total price paid is £1,083. Online check in says that I've pre paid base rate only, total charges are $1507 roughly calculates to the same amount. Any one else had this problem? Thanks Scush

Brits isn't very clear on this fact but with all of the companies you will have to pay the 1 way drop off charge at collection time.

Virgin Atlantic advise that you will be charged $500 on top of the rental cost for this trip.

Best of luck but I will be gobsmacked if the Brits price includes it. Fingers crossed for you though.

Alamo one way fees are based on distance, the highest rat3 is$500 + tax for distances over 500 miles
