Return flights in half term?

I know this is a how long is a piece of string type question

We will probably come home on a Thursday during May half term. If we were to swing an extra day or two then what would you expect the difference in price to be from Thursday to a Friday or Saturday? I know they bump the price up the further into half term week you go. I've tried looking at May 2018 prices but hard to judge this close to it. Anyone know from around 11 months out when flights are released?

I paid £800 each for Virgin Atlantic premium economy seats flying out the Thursday before half term and flying back the Saturday at the end of half term a couple of years ago.

We have already booked our 2019 May half term holiday, DS school is off for 2 weeks.
Total with virgin flights and staying at international drive hotel, coco key, just over £2000, 2 x adults and 1 x 6 year old. Booked with travel city direct about 3 weeks ago.
