I think it is one of the pieces in iMovie that you can use when making a video.

Just put shazam on your phone. Does the same thing. Works as long as your not in a bar.

It's one of the audio tracks that's available in iMovie, which is bundled with the iPhone. I can't post a link to YouTube because I've only just signed up to thedibb, but if you search YouTube for "iMovie Theme Music - Modern", you'll find multiple videos which have been made with it.
