Just Been told we may have to move again...

So we moved into a private rented property August 2016. Our letting agent had informed us Friday the landlady who arranged a mortgage valuation to come on the 13th February was alot less than she expected and is now seriously considering selling our home. He said in he email we can stay through the sale and then once a sale has agreed we have 2 months to vacate the property. I don't know if I can handle another move so soon my anxiety has gone through the roof. We paid 560 in check and referencing, 700 in rent upfront plus 985 deposit and now have to fork it out all over again. Even the letting agent said he is gobsmacked as they have always been aware it was a long term let.

Any chance you could consider buying the property?

Been through that 5 times in the 25 years we have lived in London. It’s horrible but if it’s any comfort, every place we have found has been a step up.

Just wish it didn’t cost over 50% of our income!

No wouldn't buy it. We do need 3 bedroom as this is 2 bed. But it's such a lovely area. We are paying the most for the smallest house we have ever lived in lol

It could be marketed as a buy to let with tenants so you would be able stay
