Daytona Beach

Does anyone know if this area has been badly affected by the hurricane. I am due to arrive on Monday for a few days but not sure whether or not to cancel and book somewhere else. I have tried to contact the hotel (Best Western Seabreeze) (and also email them) but had no luck.

Any info would be appreciated.

It looked as if it was taking quite a battering on the CNN coverage during the hurricane. It is one of our favourite places so we were watching for coverage.

Click on the link Hotel Assessment list. Yesterday the seabreeze was reporting only 50 rooms open with all seafront rooms damaged.

Of the places showing as open try phoning the Ocean Court Motel which is English owned.
