We leave the 28th as well..with Air Canada. First time using this airlines and hoping it goes ok and don't need to contact them to switch anything as their customer service stinks!

According to the BBC, Maria has now been upgraded to a Cat 5.

Hopefully it won't touch Florida

Most, if not ALL of us think what happens when a hurricane hits and destroys is tragic!
It really is a shame to watch BUT for those of us going soon...we would prefer not to have to stress in regards to re-booking,canceling etc.
Some people are flying over to get married! I am pretty sure you know how much planning and money that can be involved so of course we would prefer NO hurricane at all...without destruction.
Please don't try to put more guilt on us for wanting our holidays to be stress-free.

It is sounding like very grave news is going to be coming from Dominica once daylight arrives and surveys are able to be made.

For a Florida it looks likely that Jose will steer Maria away and out into the Atlantic, or that's how it seems at the present time. Obviously things do change so nothing is totally certain!
