Random pop up

Yesterday and this morning on 2 different devices i jave gone to look at a Dibb page and some pop up saying congrats you have won with a google lile page behind.

Anyone else see this? It happened a lot a whole ago bit not had a problem for a fee months now.

Better than our TV which when turned on was stuck on an xxx rated channel. My, oh my.
We both know we were watching the news prior to this turn of events

This has happened to me a few times on this site. I've checked my phone and deleted various things like browser history so this leads me to believe it might be an infection with adverts.

I've had this too, only on my mobile using the DIBB

It will be a rogue Google advert that has slipped through their rules. If you can work out what advert is being displayed when it happens we can block the advert causing it.

It just got me when I posted on another thread but took over the screen immediately and couldn't back out so hard to catch the ad. Will keep trying

I've had the same issue today while viewing the Dibb on mobile.
The website that first comes up is rgshark then a pop up window appears for the iPhone 8 or something.

Same for me.

I look at DIBB every day, although not logged in at work.
It happens every day on Android - Sony Xperia Z Premium, or if I borrow a different phone same thing.
It happens the most on General Chat.

It's a stream of quiz winning, survey type, virus warning, your phone infected you must click this, scam pop-ups that can't be clicked back.
Have to exit The DIBB and try again.
Might work OK for my duration on subsequent look.

Yesterday I spent a good while going from page to page on the forum making sure to check which ads were displaying and whether the redirection happened, but nothing. The minute I take no notice of the ads I bet it happens lol

Exactly the same for me... sometimes happens 3/4 times in a row... usually on general chat but I've had it on all pages.

I have to shut the window down and start again.

Happens on my phone - a Samsung galaxy edge 7.
