Mobile Curry recipe!

Looking for recommendations for a good chicken curry recipe I can cook and prep for new years eve dinner party (4 people).. Nothing too fancy but if anyone has made one recently I'd be interested to hear x

jamieoliver/recipes/...ry-base-sauce/ I use this one, its a base for a vegetable curry but can be used for anything. You can adapt the spices to suit and add more chillis if you like it hot. My Mum has asked me to make it for New Year's Day, for a turkey curry.

Thank you, I love Jamie oliver recipes so the fact that you've tried it to makes me feel better, do you think I'd do it exactly like this and still include lentils then just pop the cooked chicken in?

Yeah, I would do it as per the recipe then whizz it all up until its smooth and add the chicken, and any other veggies you may want to add. I sometimes use mixed beans instead of lentils, depending on what I've got in. I would also add coconut milk to taste, as for me the full 400ml is too much.

Absolutely fantastic recipe, would definitely use again and gave loads now in the freezer 😀
