Vegan recipe for variety of new veg I plan to try
I have opted to go flexitarian vegan and my new years resolution was to try some veggies I have never tasted and cooked with before.
I was wondering if any dibbers could advise on what vegan recipes to make using the following items:- Celeriac Turnip (white and purple ones, not Swede) Fennel Jerusalem Artichoke Globe Artichoke capers they don't all have to be in the same dish, so it could just be one dish that uses one of the items in it along with other standard veg. Many thanks

If you don’t mind me asking, what is a flexitarian vegan? Is it different to ‘vegan’? Thanks.

I can recommend Thug Kitchen if you want good vegan recipes. It’s not for the easily offended (there is a lot of swearing in the recipes but it’s very funny) and the food is really nice.

I make turnip chips (fries). I just toss them in a teaspoon of olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper and some paprika then pop them in the air fryer or oven.
