My reply took about 2 weeks but they did sort it. This is my email message.

In reference to your email, we confirm that your Avis Preferred number has been now added into your booking .

I had the same problem with my reservation (BA fly drive) not showing on the app or Avis.co.uk (although when I did a search it appeared but it was not linked to my upcoming). After messaging on Twitter (who told me speak to BA) I phoned Avis and it was sorted in a matter of minutes.

We don't travel until July this year but I wondered how soon before your pick up do you get allocated a car and can therefore look at alternatives?

This booking has been linked to the Avis Preferred account. However this won’t come up on your online account until collection.

However i still cant see it on the AVIS app.. i was too hoping to be able to see it on the app and even try to use the swap option.

Can you see your booking on the AVIS app ?

Yes when I log on my account it is under upcoming bookings.

Not sure whats happening with mine..

I can log into Avis preferred via the UK Avis Website but unable to see booking.

Unable to login to AVIS .com website with Preferred

Can log into APP but unable to see booking.

Can log into co.uk and .com with the booking ref and surname and see the booking.

Looks like its still not linked.

Any advice ?

If i try to do a password reset on .com site i get -

We are unable to process your request at this time. Please return to the Homepage and start your process again or use the Worldwide Phone Number List to find your Avis Customer Service telephone number.

I would ring Avis and ask them to link the booking. As I said in my earlier post it was sorted in minutes over the phone and showed on the app virtually instantly.

Yes it was Avis UK. I’ve got two numbers written down but not sure which one it was but I’m sure they’ll both work - 0808 2846666 or 0808 2840169.
