Booking two studios online

Has anyone successfully booked two studios online, same resort and dates? I’m wondering if I can book one in my name and one in husband’s name.

Availability is limited so I don’t want to wait an extra hour to call MS.

I'm not sure but could you not book one in your name and one for a "guest", maybe your son or another relative? You could then just phone MS at a later date to change the guest names. It would at least secure the rooms in the meantime.

I booked two studios at Vero for a renter but they were occupied by two adult families - however it was definitely easy to do online

When we book two Inn Rooms at Vero I book one with me as the lead name and one with Steve as the lead name, you'll have no problem doing that as long as you can get the availability. When I booked Vero I did one booking and then went on and did the other one.

I've just had a try and it states only one room per membership can be held at a time. I've managed to get through the booking process for two rooms, using different browsers but not sure it will actually go through.

Try unticking the "Guest is a Member" box when you try for the second reservation, then use a name and contact details other than yours/Barry's as the guest. I definitely have booked two studios for the same date by doing this. DVC never make it easy though for members...

It should do then, it's saying you can only 'hold' one reservation but by using different browsers you've managed to get two through to the booking process for two. You can quickly complete one and then as long as you log out of that browser you can go on to complete the second one. Fingers crossed the availability is there for you

I am confused about this because I had no problem booking 2 rooms in one go last September for August this year. Both at BCV and BLT. Not 2 studios but a studio and a 2 bed with myself as lead on one and DH on the other:
