Hotel New York - Club Lounge

Hi all
We are staying at HNY in Empire State Club. I know we get breakfast and a hotel FP included. I cant figure out though if we get use of the club lounge or is that just for those staying in suites? Also is the included breakfast in the lounge or elsewhere in the hotel?
