Last year on our last full day we went to the Contemporary Resort for brunch at California Grill, then went back to AKL, did some packing and headed back out to Animal Kingdom to go on some rides and watch ROL.
On our travel home day, we had BOG breakfast then went to Disney Springs to use up remaining credits before heading back to the hotel to jump on the Magical Express

DS in morning to use up snack credits and buy any presents. Back to hotel to pack these in suitcases. Then on to MK and stay to watch fireworks

We always do a full last day at MK. This year we’ve booked an 08:00 BOG breakfast but we will nip over to Trails End for tea but straight back to MK until it shuts.

On travel home day we usually do kids choice but our flight is now so early we need to be on Magical Express at noon so we’ll just have a lie-in! On the flip side they get a pool afternoon/evening on arrival day though as we’re getting their much earlier now.

Morning is flexible - whatever still needs doing, or DS for some last minute shopping.

But afternoon is non-negotiable. MK in time for the parade, may pop out to a MK area resort for dinner but back into the park until (after) close.

We've done Magic Kingdom on our last full day a couple of times and ended those days at California Grill.
We've also done the 4 park challenge on our last day - it's always good to go home exhausted. (See this thread for ideas https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho... php?t=1062260)

At the moment we're planning the challenge for the last day of our next trip

We don't have a tradition through the day, but we get back from whichever park we're in by late afternoon, get most of the packing sorted and go for a really nice Signature dinner at 8pm ish at one of our favourites.

We don't have a tradition, but on our travel home day last time, we stopped off for breakfast at Ihop and then went for a wander round Celebration. Really loved it here - definately going to go back for another visit when we head back in August .
