I've seen some good value townhomes at regal oaks. You don't get a private pool but you do get a private hottub!

If 2 of them don't mind sharing a bed (king size) I'd recommend the condo we've rented from Lisa through here at Bahama Bay. It is about 20 mins from Disney, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), pool and we're paying only £450 a week in peak time (end of August).

Or if they don't want to share we stayed at Best Western Saratoga Resort last year through Virgin in a 3 bed town house (1 room with a super king, one with a king size and ensuite, third one with 2 doubles). Had a pool too.

We have just had our first WDW holiday in August at regal oaks ..
We thought it was fantastic , it had 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and everything you needed ,full kitchen washer/dryer and its own hot tub out the back
It had a restaurant and bar and a lovely pool area with loads of loungers and the kids and big kids loved the water slides
We went to the parks everyday and came back mid afternoon for a swim / shower and then back out for the night , it was so close ..plus is is right next to old town and loads of restaurants within two mins

We then moved on to AOA for our last three nights and could see one of the rides from old town from our room it was that close ...

I would give anything to be sat by that pool now with a bud light in my hand watching all the lizards in the sun

The new Storey Lake resort looks lovely, 4 or 5 bed townhouses with a splash pool are around £800 a week and the resort had a pool with lazy river, pool slides etc. It claims to be 7 mins drive to Disney and on the sr535, half way between Lake Buena and Kissimmee, so lots of restaurants and shops to choose from.
