Four go to the Beach Club - November 2012
Hi! Welcome to my trip report!
This is my first ever trip report in six trips so please bear with me. I lost all my notes so I've written this from memory and from looking through photos, so hopefully I haven't missed too much off. I’ve read enough trip reports to know that I’d better start with some introductions! Kate (me) Mummy to two gorgeous girls, Disney mad ever since I was little, just about to go on my 7th trip to the happiest place on Earth. I'm the planner/worrier. I love everything Disney, shopping and spending time with my lovely little family. Our favourite park is Epcot and Illuminations is our absolute favourite part of going to Disney. Andy (my hubby) Disney mad ever since... a certain someone brainwashed him a few years back. Just about to go on his 5th trip. (His first was our honeymoon) My calming influence and complainer if I’m too scared to complain about something and driver of all American vehicles (although I'm determined to make an effort and try my hand at stateside driving this year!) Izzy, our eldest daughter. Absolutely hooked on Disney already (I wonder why) Her favourite character is Stitch. She has had her stitch teddy since she was a baby. Fantastic big sister and adrenaline junkie already (at 3 ½!) her second trip to Florida. Imogen, our youngest daughter. Her first ever trip to Florida (although she has been to DLP with us). Her favourite character is Rapunzel and she loves Disney already even though she’s not even 2 yet. Here's us all ready to go   So, the trip report! Here is the itinerary: The day before: Travelling to Gatwick Day 0: Travel Day Day 1: Epcot & Le Cellier Day 2: Hollywood Studios, Disney Junior Play & Dine & Downtown Disney Day 3: Shopping at Mall at Millenia, Epcot & Teppan Edo Day 4: Magic Kingdom & Ohana Day 5: Universal Studios & an evening swim at the hotel Day 6: Animal Kingdom and Rainforest Café Day 7: Downtown Disney T-Rex Movie Under the stars & Games Arcade Day 8: Islands of Adventure and WWOHP Day 9: Hollywood Studios, Mama Melrose, Fantasmic and Osborne Lights Day 10: Lazy Hotel Day, Epcot & Narcoosee's: Day 11: Ohana Best Friend’s Breakfast & Magic Kingdom Day 12: Tusker House, Animal Kingdom & Sanaa Day 13: Re-visit MK Yachtsman Steakhouse & Illuminations – Last Night Day 14: Going Home  I have also made a video of this trip... Great report so far. You've got some great photos of your gorgeous girls.
We stayed at the Beach Club in August, it was great. We loved every second of staying there, the walks to Epcot and Hollywood Studios were great and the boat ride to Hollywood was a relaxing start to a park day. We'll be going back again, just a matter of when. Look forward to reading more. |
