May I ask when you were due to arrive? We’re due in July with the WDTC and my balance is due start of next month and am swaying more to cancel now than trying to move dates.

WDTC or Disneyland Paris direct? Sounds like I need to have a look.

I wonder how this will work for me. I don't mind having a voucher but I booked on the french site and I'd like to take advantage of the deal on the UK site currently for January.

I suppose I can hold on and see what offerings come up on the French site for the same period but the date has no offers currently.

Hmmm, no idea!
Did you get anywhere with this?

I also booked on the French site for May. I reached out on twitter but got no reply. Interestingly they sent me a ‘looking forward to seeing you soon’ email in English, I rang the number on the bottom of that, and the American accented lady I spoke to said it was the first time she’d had that question and didn’t know. She transferred me through to the French team but I’m still on hold currently!

I just want a refund but they seem to be refusing that.

Unfortunately this no longer seems to be the case.

Which is even more irritating for those who, as requested by DLP, held off getting in touch so those with sooner departure dates could get sorted first.

I’ve just got off the phone with the French DLP team.

(Whether the information provided would be the same if I called and spoke to someone else, is anybody’s guess.)

They wouldn’t give me a refund. Categorically denied, despite all the info I threw at them.

I booked through the French site, so my voucher would be in Euros and only valid on the French website. Not even on the Italian, German etc, even though they also use Euros. (This seemed to be a question she wasn’t expecting.)

To qualify for the voucher, I need to have paid the full amount, not just the deposit.

Bookings for May through the French site are likely to become available around September.

None of which are the answers I wanted unfortunately 😭
