Her flight is KLM and is via Schipol but The Netherlands has also been added to the quarantine list. Does anyone know if you can transit via a country without quarantining when back.
Thanks for any info.
She will be fine as long as she doesn’t leave the airport in the Netherlands, she won’t have to quarantine.

We’re in the same position too 🙄 Didn’t France impose a “voluntary quarantine” last time?

Hi

I’m not sure to be honest. I wish I knew. I’ve already tried calling DLP and the wait time is currently 2 hours so have had to give up with that for the minute as I’m trying to work. I just don’t know what to do I’m feeling so upset right now.

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear .
We are going to Spain and as far as I’m aware they do not currently have plans to do this .
However if they did then we wouldn’t go as quarantine would be longer than our break.
It’s not really fair that France are backing tourists into a corner in what I feel is a tit for tatt move .
Also I’m not really sure how it will work, will it be in place as soon as they announce it ? Or will they give a date from when they’ll start ?
What a mess .

I’ve just been looking and apparently it was voluntary previously. If that’s the case again we’ll still be going. Hope we get some answers soon 🤞🏻

According to France24 news channel, a junior transport minister called Clement Beaune has already confirmed that if you travel to France from the UK you need to quarantine for 14 days.
