Early Feb 21 trip

Morning all,

We book a cheeky 10 day trip with Vrigin holidays at the beginning of the year.

The balance is due next month and I'm really unsure what to do ( I am still waiting for a refund of my bubble seats, was told 2/9/20 but still no refund).

My question is do I pay the balance and if they cancel wait forever for a refund? Or lose my deposit which is £350, I enquired about moving holiday but that's a further £50pp amendment fee and tbh I only booked because it was a bargain, we have been several times and tbh my hubby not so keen to return esp in the current climate.

Any advice?

I’m a bit confused about the refund you are waiting for, have you cancelled your flights already?

The refund I’m waiting for is the seats I booked when it was a different aircraft.

Ok I see. Well I would hold off until the very last possible minute, see if you can extend the balance due date and then make a decision on that day.

If you know you don’t want to go anymore, I would probably write off the deposit rather than wait for a Virgin refund.

They have for December holidays. Check on your online account and look at the paying your balance facility.
