In my YouTube watching in preparation for Tokyo, I have become aware of the capsule toy / collectibles called gatchapon - vending machines are all over the place and the things in them range from the rather weird , to some really nice Disney merchandise etc.

I think am rather excited about seeing them soon as while I do not have pets, I need to have neckties for my cat !

I recommend you watch YouTube uploads of cat owners,trying to get their cat into such items. It involves loss of eyes,limbs and resembles a horror movie .
Ps cats don't have owners they have staff & the loss of limbs etc isn't the cats. Tetanus vaccination being up to date is essential prior to purchasing such items. . I am off to see if such uploads exist

My son and his fiancée came back from Japan yesterday and said they spent many hours and yen on these vending machines 😂 They brought back so much collectibles etc that they had to leave a cost and pair of shoes behind 😂😂

Japan is vending machine heaven or hell (depending on your outlook lol)

There is 1 machine per 21 people apparently 😄
