August should be as cheap as it gets (mid week) and I would surmise that it will be even cheaper than normal for quite some time - the CEO of the group owning the Venetian says that Vegas is on its knees. I think deep discounts will prevail.

The absolute best time to book hotel rooms in Vegas OUTSIDE of highly busy events / conferences is three months before check in. How it will be in the post (hopefully post next August) pandemic world I wouldn’t begin to guess!

Am I right in thinking those prices don't include the resort fee?
If they don't the price I have seen on Alpharooms at about $705 for 4 nights per room is looking pretty good.

After staying in the Encore a few years ago, won't stay anywhere else now, well apart from the Wynn 😁, Wynn booked for next March my 60th, fingers crossed.

Just love the Wynn/Encore. We had it booked for May which was cancelled. Hope to go end of February. It is easily as nice as Venetian.
