Caesar’s Palace or Cosmopolitan

I think I’ve narrowed down the choices for our 3 night stay in Las Vegas (has changed from our initial view of wanting a suite type facility). We are 2 adults and 2 kids (15 and 12). We don’t want a sofa bed, so are looking for 2 queen size beds. We also want somewhere central and close to restaurants.

We’ve narrowed It down to a Palace Premium Suite at Caesar’s Palace, or a Terrace Suite at The Cosmopolitan. Both are similar price wise.

Has anyone stayed at either, and have any feedback?

After a lot of research we chose the Cosmopolitan in a one bed fountain room, sadly not able to report on it as corona cancelled us. Still my choice when we re book though.

We had an amazing fountain view terrace room. Could see the fountains, strip and mountains sitting in our Japanese soaking tub

And another vote for the Cosmo. We had a terrace room and sitting out on the terrace at night with a cold beer, watching the fountains and lit up strip was amazing.

And the rest of the hotel was great too. We only walked through Caesars so can't comment on staying there, but the casino and public areas seemed a lot more busy with tourists in for photos etc (as we were!).

The Cosmopolitan certainly seems popular 👍. Thanks for your feedback.

Is it best to book nearer the time? We’ll be staying 6-9 April 21.

The cheaper prices are usually about 3 months out but I've got the Vdara booked (fountain view city corner suite) for late March 21 on a cancellable rate through Mlife rewards @ £109/night which includes tax and resort fee - wasn't going to book anything other than reward flights but couldn't resist at that price!

Thanks. Hopefully might be able to get a better price in the new year. Currently £819 for 3 nights, a bit more than I want to pay.
