SEAguestcorrespondence@seaworld.com is what I used.
Mrsnicola saod they’re doing it as standard so shouldn’t be an issue.
I’m glad I’ve got an email confirming incase there’s any issue when I’m there.

Oh that's good news that Sea World are extending the tickets.

Does anyone know if Universal are doing the same? We've got 14 day Universal tickets through Klook, but Klook are now ignoring my emails to them asking about this, after saying they would look into it with the supplier and get back to me.

Universal are apparently extending all explorer tickets until end of next year.
I emailed them last week and they said no as they are will call tickets (klook), then saw on Facebook everyone saying they were extending so tried again last night on universals Facebook messenger,(that’s where lots of people had been contacting them through) and they confirmed they’ve been extended to next year. Said just to take ticket to ticket booth to get physical ticket. Give them a message on that. They asked for my ticket number so I sent them a screenshot of the will call voucher and they said they were extended.

Messaged Universal and just got a message back saying 2020 Explorer tickets were all extended to 2022!

Took half an hour, it's been months getting nowhere with Klook... Hopefully they'll now read my mail to them asking them NOT to refund me!

Great news regarding Universal.

We thinks there’s a small chance of us going at the end of October this year and we had the explorer pass from last years failed trip extended to December ‘21.

If we have to move again to April / May ‘22 then I guess I don’t need to do anything.

I’ve found Universal to be excellent via email as I previously had an issue with ATD refunding me for our hotel booking last year even though nobody could go anywhere. Universal got involved on my behalf.
