- Wallace & Gromit was made here - Concorde was manufactured here - Blue glass originates and is made here - The first factory to ever make a chocolate bar and Easter egg (Fry’s) was here - We have a famous bridge designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel - John Cabot sailed from here and discovered North America. A replica of the ship is in our dockyard

As well as the Parmo we are also known for steel making. Sydney Harbour bridge is made out of our steel. 👍🏻
