Can a kids meal be upsized to an adult meal and charged 1 qs credit?

I’m a bit fussy and sometimes I see things on a kids menu that I would prefer to the adults menu but aren’t on there (for example chicken nuggets at CSR) Would they be able to make an adult portion of it and charge 1qs? Tia

Most food courts do adult chicken nuggets anyway from what I’ve seen.

You could order a kids meal but they wouldn’t upsize it at a quick services.

This was the same on the menu at POFQ a few weeks ago but we asked for an adult size and they did it for us for 1 QS credit. I presume CSR would do the same.
