property in orlando

Dh is considering buying a villa in the orlando area. Has to be near if not on a golf course.

Would appreciate any advice on where to start looking.

I looked at a lovely 4 Bedroom with double garage and its own swimming pool on a golf course for £135,000 last year. Very tempting at that price.

and I also have a few emails sent from various realtors which have properties on but I'll need your email addy to send them.

My head is still spinning from all the information and to be honest it's an absolute minefield out there! I think if we do go for it, we'll go for a resale on a mixed community (vacation homes & permanent US families) because if it does go horribly wrong you've an even better chance of selling the property on.

I've got a place on Hampton Lakes on US 27 west of WDW. No golf there but Highlands reserve across the road hs, as does Ridgewood Lakes and Southern Dunes. Both of these are further south still from WDW, but still not more than 20 minutes drive.

Lake Marion resort (just beyond Poinciana) is offering some good deals on homes to buy/let. It is a golf resort but a bit far out for Disney addicts. We liked it! I'll look for a link when I get home, but i am sure that you could find the website by using lake marion Golf resort as a search term on Google.
