Upgrading Magic Bands

I have different options showing on my phone to the laptop. DH wants the Aliens that appeared on my phone but it won't go through and stitch and the castle show on the laptop but not on my phone. Beginning to wish i hadn't started looking again.

I've got the castle but now my little one wants the genie. For some reason it wouldn't go through and kept resetting his. Now the genie has disappeared. My oldest has gone for Vader but that was meant to mine

Well I think I have managed to order my magic bands, I've had a confirmation email and they are showing up on MDE. Has anyone then had them disappear after this?

Next problem is that I changed my resort this morning, the poor cast member groaned when I asked if the address for the bands would change. She just said keep an eye on it. Has anyone else changed resorts after their order?

I've tried dozens of times, managed to pick a band but have never got to the payment screen. Used phone, desktop and laptop. It is pot luck?

Amarooney, have you got a credit card connected to your DME yet? Sorry I don’t want to teach you to suck eggs but i have tried a couple of times with no luck. As soon as I registered a credit card it worked straight away.

I do have a card registered maybe I'm trying at the wrong part of the day.

I have a card registered and have tried at multiple times throughout the day, nothing works.
