Spice road table on DDP

Hi! We have an ADR for Spice Road table in October and we have deluxe ddp. Has anyone used their ddp here and if so, how do the small plates work? Do you get to select a set number for your TS credit?

We ate here for lunch in August 2017. We also had DDDP. The small plates were treated as the starters and then we had entrees from that section of the menu.
From what I remember there were 4 adults on the plan and we shared 4 different small plates, I don�t remember there being an option to have more as a main course but I�m sure you could ask.
