We've gone into MK about 9am, done our three fast passes, watched the parade at noon and then left. The afternoon is when it gets really busy.

I’ve not been for a few years at Christmas admittedly, but the line to get into the MK car park was two hours long that day at 10am (apparently).

We ate at TH on Christmas Day last year at AK and really enjoyed it. The most festive meal, as in with turkey, was at WCC, where they served a holiday meal skillet style. We all enjoyed this too.

We were there over Christmas past. We ate at Mama Melrose for lunch and the wave for dinner. Mama Melrose was great but the wave, with the special set up they had, not so much.

We did Mk, Hs and Epcot.
I did a full trip report but here’s our Christmas Day which includes pictures of Mk at opening for extra magic hours at 6am, not half as mental as you may think.

We will be there for Christmas this year too. Think we might be flying the same day as you?!

Our plan is to go to MK in the morning with a breakfast reservation at Crystal Palace, do our 3 FPS and maybe a couple of other rides if queues are still reasonable then we are going to head out and go over to Gaylord Palms for lunch and Christmassy things! They normally have loads on for Christmas and at least the food is likely to be a bit more festive and special! They’ve not released details of their festive offering for this year yet, it’s normally released sometime in July

I'm hoping to be able to get lunch at MK after an early start then back to the Beach Club and Disney Springs for the evening. Might end up with quick service if no ADR's!
Think a few of us must be flying the same day looking at the countdowns
