TUI App Boarding Passes

Hi everyone,

I have completed online checkin through the TUI app, but when I got to boarding passes in the app it says they will appear when I have completed checkin?

Is it referring to some other form of checkin?

We didnt get ours until we actually went to the desk in the airport. You have to go to the desk to have all your docs checked, esta, vaccinations, lateral flows etc. They give you them then.
