Not heard that but the thought crossed my mind. The current demand for parks is high, in order to keep crowds down a bit just make everyone pay per day like Disney do. If we don't hear anything in the next couple of months i'd be surprised if the frequent fear passes are released.

I think only based on the fact that it has always been an option. I’m sure there will be some unhappy people if universal don’t do it, but will end up paying for multiple days anyway. Time will tell.

My guess is that they don't need to offer it, especially as there seems to be a fair amount of people that have booked tickets early.

Out of the three options you have listed the RIP tour would be best, but it is also the most expensive option.
BOGOF has been around for the last 5 years at least, so not related to the pandemic.

Oh really? I didn’t know that, anything I pulled up was only for the last couple of years when I looked. Either way they tend to do it as an early offer, and based on last years the dates to buy the BOGOFF will soon have been and gone. So I don’t think it’s something that is going to be offered this year.

The last time for me 2019, they sold them in July, so I'm still hoping.
Got my RIP ticket (10% discount for APH) already, but holding-off for entry. Agent agreed it made sense to hold-off.

Each time we have gone we have always bought express pass and have managed to do it all in one night. DH really doesn't like queuing.

Universal's current canned response on twitter re. FF+ etc. is:

"additional Halloween Horror Nights products will be revealed at a later time. Stay tuned to t.co/riAGubiuba for the latest information"

So they must be planning on adding some other options.

I'd be heartbroken if they didn't do it this year 😭 people do panic that they won't every year.

Extra options can be anything, they will certainly do express passes. My guess is they have no need to do frequent fear passes anymore, but whether they will stop them, who knows.
