Has anyone been able to upload their negative test in their Virgin Atlantic booking? Did you you use a provider not recommend by Virgin and when you uploaded, do you get a green tick or an acceptance of your test saying you are good to go?

It's just a viral test, so can be antigen or PCR 😊

Thank you.

Any info on whether the test has to be supervised / observed?

April, they were asking about the post-arrival test. The supervised requirement is only for the entry test.

No specific guidance for the post-arrival test has been given. Should be no reason why you can't pack some at-home tests and use those, or pick some up in a pharmacy out there.

My understanding is Virgin check your evidence when you arrive at check in.

3 fully vaccinated in my house. So we only need an LFT at the chemist. Happy days.

so the cdc attestatiom form is 5 pages.
the one from virgin is two pages and it says on section 3
you must check all boxes
be tested 3-5 days after arriving
self quarantine for 7 full days even if test is negative
self isolate if test is positive.

so which one do i fill in for my daughter ?
and all children must stay indoors for 7 days no matter what

Always use the latest form on CDC, which is linked in the first post of this thread.

The airlines are often out of date, especially at the moment since requirements aren't due to change until Monday so they still have the old form available.

There is an option in the manage my bookings section to upload your test results. Someone was successful in uploading the adults tests but not the child. I was wondering if it actually gives you a tick or tells you your result has been accepted?
