Thanks for the update - thats really reassuring. We are in a 4 bed townhouse at Windsor Hills through Virgin and I can't find any evidence of a 4 bed existing there - only 3 bedroom! Will be interesting to see what we end up with! Either way we will be in Florida so fingers and toes crossed all will be fine.

Hi guys- hope you don’t mind me cutting in- am a bit confused by mention of Homebeds- I thought virgin villas were now managed by Love Villas( was gonna use their address on EStas) - I’m worried sick about using wrong info and being refused. I know address is optional but have always filled it in. Any help appreciated regarding AOA xxx

In the paperwork on your booking there’s a address to use for etsas it’s states address to be used for ESTAS it’s in your booking if you have the app

Yeah- that would be Love villas- that’s why I didn’t understand mention of Homebeds as thought all virgin villas same company! Thanks x

Hello.
For the esta put the address for Love Rentals.
Homebeds are the management company that look after the villas and will be in touch with you for a deposit for any damage that occurs while you are there.
Have a nice trip.
We are going home tomorrow after staying in a Virgin villa for 3 weeks and enjoyed the trip.

When did people get the initial email asking for deposit to be paid ? (not the email with the address).

We fly on 20th June and not had this yet so just wanted to check others experiences.

You could email them we had to email as the phone number given wouldn’t connect to pay for late check out as have to be put by 10am
They sent me a link to pay all went through fine
