If you look at the app it gives you the steps for uploading info, first is your neg test then your vaccination status then the attestation form. It’s a strange way as I can’t understand why u can’t upload your vaccination status first

This order is incorrect unless it’s changed this week.
We’ve completed VeriFly 4 times now for our US trips; the last being Sunday.

If flying on a covid test, the attestation form asks for confirmation of a negative result the day before or day of flight.
As you have to complete stage 1 prior to being able to progress to the subsequent stages, you can do nothing apart from adding your flight & any companions until the day before flight.

Can I just have the app and have all 4 of us on it or does each person need the app themselves? Also for the vaccination proof - is that the QR code from NHS app?
Sorry for hijacking - had been hoping this would be dropped by now but realising I need to get my head around it!

If 4 travelling together, one can have the Verifly app and add the others as companions. You will need to be able to take or upload a photo of the companions to the app.

Yes, you can scan the vaccination proof QR code from your Covid Travel Pass in the NHS app. At least this is the case for England, it might be different for Scotland and not sure about Wales/NI.

From memory, you can take a photo there & then or you can choose one from your photo library.
